• Custom & Pre-Order Wigs: Custom lace wigs, special hair colors, or pre-order items require detailed craftsmanship. Processing times for these items typically range from 7-15 business days. Please refer to the specific product description page for exact details.

2. Shipping Methods, Costs & Delivery Times

We offer worldwide shipping through reliable carriers including DHL, FedEx, UPS, and premium postal services to ensure your package arrives in perfect condition.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a tracking link will be automatically sent to your registered email address. You can track your package directly through our website via the "Order Tracking" link, or by visiting the carrier's official website.

4. Custom Duties, Taxes & Signatures

• Duties and Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. WigStyleHub has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

• Signature Requirement: Due to the high value of premium hair products, express shipping options (like DHL/FedEx) may require a signature upon delivery. We strongly recommend shipping to an address where someone will be available to sign for the package.

5. Wrong Address & Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. WigStyleHub is not responsible for orders that are lost or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fees.
