Return Policy
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.
- Returns must be requested within 15 days of the delivery date.
- For hygiene reasons, wigs that have been cut, dyed, washed, customized, or worn cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Exchanges
We gladly accept exchanges for eligible items within 15 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
A return label is included in the package at no additional charge.
Restocking Fee
A USD $8.00 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund for eligible returns, except for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items.
Refund Processing
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 30 days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
